When Beans Go Bad

On the rare occasion the beans don't make it in the mail, we always ship new ones right away, and you don't have to send us the "proof." Recently, we received this nice letter from H.I. whose Jumping Beans were not performing.

I just wanted to let you know that the jumping beans arrived alive and jumping! I am thankful that you reshipped live ones to me and am glad to see that there are some companies on the net that are indeed legit!
